You can permanently delete your BurmaMart account and personal data at any time — from the app (Me → Settings → Delete account) or right here on the web.

Can't sign in?

If you've lost access to your account (forgotten password and no working phone/email), email support@burmamart.com from the address on your account, or include your registered phone number, and we'll verify you and delete the account manually within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, email, phone, password, ID and avatar
• Saved delivery addresses
• Wishlist and cart items
• Chat messages and conversations with sellers
• Product reviews you've written
• Coin wallet, balance and check-in history
• Notifications and phone-verification records
• Login sessions and app tokens, on every device

What we keep, and why

We retain anonymized order and transaction records (order number, items, amounts, status) for up to 5 years after deletion, to meet accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations in the markets we operate in. These records are no longer linked to your name, email, phone or delivery address once your account is deleted, and cannot be used to identify you.
